Steve Jobs insanley successful carrer started in 1976 when he and his close friend Steve Wozniak founded Apple computers. This was the first version of Apple. The company's first computers included the Apple I and the insanley successful Apple II. In 1984, he made one of the best computers ever. The Macintosh, which evolved into the iMac, became one of the first computers to be made using the GUI (Graphical User Interface) which is the basic point and click system we use today. Then, a year after his great success, Jobs was outsed out of Apple by CEO John Sculley. After he was outsed, he started an unsuccessful computer company called NeXT. After NeXT started failing, Steve bought George Lucas's animation department. He renamed it "Pixar".When NeXT went bankrupt, Steve thought up of a genius idea. If he sold NeXT to Apple, he could run for the CEO of the company. After he did this, he created much of the prouducts we know him for today. These included the iPod, iPad, iPhone, and the iMac. These inventions caused one of the greatest eras of all time.
